Wichita Brewing Company is opening its newest location today (Wednesday) — a two-story brewpub with a rooftop patio in Delano. The new restaurant, at 901 W. Douglas, will operate a bit differently from its east- and west-side counterparts. The menu has been streamlined, and the Delano location will have customers order their food at the counter when they arrive then choose a table. Runners will deliver beer and food to the tables.
