Protesters returned to downtown Wichita Saturday afternoon to participate in the third No Kings rally, a series of demonstrations held nationwide in dissent of President Donald Trump and his administration. Participants lining both sides of Douglas with picket signs, whistles, creative costumes and megaphones.
